We will utilize the magic circle, theraband, small ball, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.
Pilates Fusion: This class offers a modern twist to a classic workout. Focusing on a variation of the Pilates mat workout, we will use props such as light hand weights and contemporary movements to help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles.

Mat Pilates Express: A condensed 45-minute version of our 60 minute Mat Pilates class
Barre
Barre: Combining elements of classical ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training, this class mixes intense muscle training with recovery stretching. Results: a long, lean physique; sculpting of your entire body.
Barre Express: A condensed 45-minute version of our 60-minute Barre class.
Barre HIIT: This class takes the flow, repetition and burn of barre but layers in more traditional strength training movements and cardiovascular fitness. It will be higher in intensity and have fewer breaks provided. All levels welcome!
Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga: This vinyasa flow class encourages mindful movement, often linked with breath, while striving for lightheartedness, discovery, and accessibility. It includes breakdowns of arm balances and inversions, allowing for exploration within each pose. Appropriate for all levels.
Candlelight Yin Yoga: A calming all-level class that increases joint mobility and improves flexibility by targeting your deep connective tissues---tendons, ligaments, and fascia. In this class we will passively hold postures between 3-5 minutes, often with the support of blocks and other yoga props, while relaxing to soft music and gentle lighting.
VIN and YIN Flow: This class unites the fire of a Vinyasa flow with the cooling properties of a Yin practice–bringing you the best of both worlds! The first half of this class offers a warming, slow-flow vinyasa sequence meant to connect you to your breath and bring you into your body before moving into a lengthening, cooling Yin sequence meant to help you wind-down and settle into stillness and rest. Appropriate for all levels.
Hatha Yoga: The word Hatha is sometimes translated as force – to persist with effort. A Hatha yoga practice weaves together physical postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness in an effort to cultivate strength of body and a clear mind.
Slow Flow Yoga: Ground body and mind with this slower-paced, steady and supportive flow. We will move mindfully through passive and active stretches (engaging muscles, as well as mobilizing joints) along with standing and seated asana, progressing towards
yin/restorative shapes with longer holds. Come try this meditative medley of movement and stillness.
